Foreclosure trustee filings

Same-day

Notices of trustee sale, lender, balance, and auction date as posted by the trustee — surfaced the same business day they post.

  • HUT is Houston-first. Other metros are available on request for Broker Enterprise customers, but the default coverage is Harris County and the surrounding Houston metro.
  • We do not scrape MLS in violation of any feed agreement. HAR-licensed feeds, public county records, and explicit RSS/JSON sources only.
  • Users are encouraged to verify any critical legal or financial decision with a licensed professional. HUT shows what the public record says — you decide what it means.
